Scope of this site
This website introduces The Glass Lion, its custom mosaic art, architectural water features, tile installation, and related services. Site information is provided for general project discussion and does not replace a written scope, contract, or professional advice for a specific property.
Artwork and imagery
The Glass Lion's mosaic artwork, photography, written material, marks, and other imagery remain the studio's intellectual property unless expressly identified otherwise. Please do not copy, reproduce, publish, or use them commercially without written permission.
Consultations and estimates
A consultation, conversation, proposal, or estimate is a starting point. It is not a binding contract until the parties agree to the scope, price, schedule, and terms in writing.
Project timing
Project timelines are estimates. They can change with design decisions, material availability, site conditions, weather, trade coordination, and other factors outside a simple calendar promise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disagreement will be addressed first through a direct, good-faith conversation whenever possible.
